Two stone, gas fireplaces give the home the appearance and feel of a mountain lodge. Large windows provide a spectacular view of the pond and gorgeous sunsets. Guests are invited to enjoy a cigar (provided from the owner’s humidor) on the large back porch. The home features wood floors, and the kitchen includes chef’s grade appliances, granite countertops, gas stove, gas oven, and convection oven. The dining rooms seats 9, the breakfast room seats 9, and the island seats 4. A butler’s pantry features washer and dryer, which are available for guest convenience. There is a large pavilion (with electricity), a pool, and a 1200SF clubhouse with its own full kitchen, including refrigerator, range, microwave and ice maker. The club house also boasts full-size arcade games, a poker table, darts, a 70” TV with satellite (DIRECTV), a sleeper sofa, and an attached garage with bathroom. Guests will also have access to a 2-person side-by-side utility vehicle they may use to ride the property.
